The arts have always been a major part of my life and I am constantly looking for ways to incorporate them into my education and work. Through my work experience, I have had experience designing an annual publication, weekly newsletters, websites, and countless flyers for events and programs, as well as an assortment of work for multiple small business owners. I have also had experience initiating and executing projects of my own including an in-depth clothing design project, business school project designs (logos, formatting for annual reports, business plans, etc.), and personal creative endeavors.
In 2018, I graduated summa cum laude from the University of Maine as a member of the Honors College with High Honors. I majored in finance and was recognized as the top graduating student in that program. I also had a minor in graphic design and a concentration in entrepreneurship. I completed an independent Honors thesis in fashion design, examining the link between clothing and self-representation. I am a member of Beta Gamma Sigma and Phi Kappa Phi honors societies.
In graphic design, I am especially interested in pattern design, packaging, logos and branding. I am also a lifelong lover of crafts of all kinds, with experience in sewing, painting, calligraphy, and more.
